Keep the original question
Copy the question number or take a note of where it came from. The goal is not to collect every mistake; it is to make one problem easy to revisit.
Label the sticking point
Use one short label: **method**, **algebra**, **calculation**, **diagram**, or **time pressure**. Naming the sticking point makes a later conversation with a tutor more precise.
Show the corrected route
Write the first correct step and the rule or method that helped you choose it. Avoid writing only the final answer. Clear working is the useful part of a review sheet.
Set one follow-up task
Choose two similar questions, one worked example to read, or a single topic to revisit. Keep the follow-up specific enough to complete in the next study block.
