A short recording can make speaking practice more concrete without turning it into a performance.

Choose one prompt
Select a familiar speaking topic and set a short timer. The aim is to practise organising an answer, not to deliver a perfect speech.
Listen once for meaning
Ask whether the answer had a clear beginning, development and ending. Do not try to fix every detail on the first listen.
Choose one language target
Pick one element for the next attempt: linking ideas, using a wider range of vocabulary, speaking more slowly, or making the answer more specific. A single target makes practice manageable.
Try again with the same prompt
Repeat the prompt and notice whether the new choice helps the answer feel clearer. Keep a short note of what you would like feedback on during a tutoring session.
