Week 1 — Clarify the academic priority
Choose one area where depth matters: an essay question, a problem-solving method, a theory, or a body of evidence. Note the materials you will use and the question you want to answer by the end of the week.
Week 2 — Produce something to review
Write a paragraph plan, a worked solution, a short response or a set of annotated notes. It is easier to discuss progress when there is a clear piece of work to examine.
Week 3 — Improve through feedback
Use feedback from a tutor, teacher or your own comparison with the mark scheme or course materials. Choose two changes to apply deliberately.
Week 4 — Make the next decision
Reflect on the work completed and choose the next academic priority. Keep the plan open enough to adapt to school deadlines and assessment dates.
